Hi Pancakers! Yesterday I announced here that I've lost my 61

CAKE stake in the Auto Cake Pool a week ago. Made a huge mistake and trusting a "customer support" from an exchange that DM'ed me to help me with stuck transactions. And probably when also taking my MATIC account to 0 also apperently withdraw my staked CAKE's and send it to an account without me confirming (I was asleep) 🙈

When writing my about this here yesterday, I was DM'ed by someone named "Customer Support", claiming he's working in the PancakeSwap support team and asked me to delete my open post here. Then asked me to connect to some DApp-site and login to my affected wallet with seed phrase and I would get my CAKE's back from the locked account it was sent to. Didn't go through with his instructions.

My question is: Which is the best way to get support to get my lost TOKEN's back? Is it the Trust Wallet support website, because the affected account is in this app, or do PancakeSwap have any support from somewhere, like a website where you can start a trouble ticket or something like that??

NEVER reply to ANY DM…they are ALL scammers… You need to ask for help IN the groups, any community not only PCS, no matter what name it has I’m afraid you have lost your funds and there’s no possible way to get them back. NEVER give your seed phrase to anyone and NEVER keep ot on an electronic device, always written by hand on a paper

Okay, I guess I have to live with the mistake of trust a support guy on Telegram just because I was so tired and was desperate for help. But the weird thing is that the same name who probably hustled me is active in the Official QuickSwap TG-group which I first contacted. Can it me someone with the exact same name, or do scammers show up open in official support threads acting as real support-workers? Seems risky and you'll get kicked out from the group by tbe real admins.

Yeah, but this is so shameful, because I know to not answer DM's. Only dos it because he was active in the Official support group. But yeah yeah, just forget my funds and focus at my other investments that's much larger amounts. In other wallet/wrbsite too... 🤑
