It is scary at the start but you become better at it with constant practice 💪. But I am naturally good at it without practice because I have been running up on walls since I was a toddler 👶🏻

That would make sense, but how do you start out? I'd imagine you have to get comfortable backflipping in a padded environment first to get over the fear? Ah, so you are into parkour then 😎

I intially started doing backflips on my backyard trampoline. It was much easier and if I fall off the trampoline there was a pool right next to it so backlip + diving 🏊‍♂️💪
