Question: At bottom of front page of pancakeswap it lists Total

supply as: 385,546,216 and circulating supply at 200,366, 145.
What represents the circulating supply ?

Because I see there is 231,557,334 CAKE just in the locked staking pool so that does not appear to count as circulating supply.
But when I add 231,557,334 (staked) + 200,366,145 (circulating) = 431,923,47 which is far greater than the Total Supply.

Makes no sense to me and I am not even counting the millions of other staked CAKE in other pools or farms.

What does the circulating supply actually represent ? And what is the real Total supply of CAKE ?

To determine the circulating supply, simply subtract the TOTAL LOCKED from the TOTAL SUPPLY. The total locked is different from the total staked. Total staked is what's been staked in all the pools, wheras total locked is what's in the locked cake Syrup Pool. (You can get these from the Cake Syrup pools section on BSC Chain). At the time of typing, TOTAL SUPPLY = 385464216. CIRCULATING SUPPLY = 200378263. TOTAL STAKED = 231535106. TOTAL LOCKED = 185085964. N/B: the total locked doesn't make up the circulating supply, because it's not in free hands and can't be traded at the moment. Thus, circulating supply = total supply(385464216) - total locked(185085964) =200378252.
