Guys, I just received a call from Nexo official support

by telegram, is it elegible support? They where asking me which wallet I was using if Metamask or Trustwallet that is nothing related to my issue with the Credit virtual card. Is it fake support?

There is litteraly a message being spammed over and over that there is NO support on telegram. Just read for. Second before posting, will save you a lot of stressing
