There are 177.1m Cake in the locked pool at an average of 40 weeks, which is about 177.1M*(40/52) 136.2m shares. This will probably go up a little bit as people relock. We know that "80-90% of the volume" on V3 is in the .01 and 0.05 fee tiers. Daily volume on V3 is $62.5m. 90% of that is $56.35m. Just for simplicity's sake I'll assume an even split on .01 and .05, so total fees from that pool are a little under $17k/day, call it $105k/week. The pool then gets 5% of that number, which is $5250. Divide that by 136.2m and you get 0.00003855 $ per share.
