about services offered in the US, there would be no case to answer? FYI I'm balls deep in albt/nxra from early, up down top bottom.

To be frank, very few retail investors understand the 4D chess match being played out in terms of geopolitics and crypto. No one is safe from the SEC right now because they're not playing fair... #NxID is what can actually help companies finally become compliant.... if the SEC ever actually makes rules... they're scared crapless about crypto

the product we are building definitely perfect fit for EU, MiCA and VASP/CASP/DASP. the privacy preserving compliance part for non regulated crypto companies that want have at least good foundation in case they are regulated in the future, we are almost ready as well early next year we will have the v1 and onboard first clients (3 are being signed currently) , we also exploring synergies for collaboration with US based big consultancy company next step iis to have product that is inline with SEC, but shouldn t be complicated as we have the rule engine that can take any type of rules and deployed easily
