First off, and I know you know this but I'm just making sure: don't respond to anyone DMing or calling you to "help" you with this.
If you've got snapshots of the .json error (or the actual text), your best bet is to use the "Tech Support" option in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to submit a report. Please include your browser, operating system, and wallet interface (e.g., MetaMask), as well as whether you're using a VPN, so that the development/support team can try to duplicate your setup and see the errors for themselves. Normally I'd recommend clearing your cache and connecting again from scratch, but I'm not sure this would actually impact a .json error.

Yes, as far as I'm aware, they should be working (use the "Limit" toggle to set limit orders).
