Any1 know a good SEO guide?

seo is just two major things. 1. using correct tag in your html like you can use anchor tag <a> that looks like a button tag <button>. but it's not good for seo use anchor for move between links, use button for do operations. and use correct meta tag. search in google top meta tags for seo. 2. using correct keywords in your page. it must not be copied from other website. you must think about it and create somethings that is unique.

There are way more things now than just that. There's some google resources (as in made by google) that explained it, forgot where they are, maybe check web.dev

it's just use correct words and correct tag yes there are multiple way to handle it but seo is just this two.

No, seo is whatever is needed to be on top of search results. Correct tags and keywords are just 2 things on a sea of other stuff that's needed.
