What are you trying to achieve? start slave all; show all slave

status;

replication errors will be there.
but basically, if slaves don't start - restore from backup. skipping transactions is bad, like George Floyd himself

Yes checked through telnet n ping.. It's fine

if it doesn't write error and says connecting, i'd say it is a network related problem. when doing telnet, you specified the right mysql port? both sides? check settings on slave, so that master address and port are specified. also look for errors in logs on both sides
