Hello, I have a quiz app that I’m working on,

and I’m storing the questions on Firebase. I have a question that’s been puzzling me, and I hope someone can answer it because I haven’t found a solution. When I created the app, it was designed for users who can only answer questions, not add them. But now, if the app owner wants to add new questions to the app, where should they add the questions? Should I create a separate app for adding questions? And if I do that, what if someone from another country needs to add questions? Guys, please help me, I’m confused about this topic

there tons of options - from add special account in app with all needed for that to create some admin panel in web and host it somewhere
