you know for good company always kotlin native is on top of priority. I have been working with flutter but recently im thinking about learn kotlin but dont know is it right choice or no. And also idk for me who have not any pre java experience. Its ok to go with kotlin for android or not because as you know most of the article and stackowerfollow are for java(android) for example i was searching how to create vpn with kotlin but i find the answer for java. And another thing do you think its goo to stay with flutter for now and after some month later when compose gonna be more stable. Start learning kotlin compose? I compeletly lose my mind to choose right way
Kotlin currently does not provide complete cross-platform UI, so it can't fully replace flutter for you (you will have to do UI on SwiftUI for IOs). Kotlin is good for sharing the logic.
You can learn Kotlin even without Java background. But at some point you're gonna need to read Java source code of Android SDK and libraries. And the final decision is up to you, of course. No one can tell you exactly what to choose.
Flutter is production ready framework with his own + and - For example it has own skia engine and bad interop with native components But kotlin doesn’t have full share right now, so you can choose what fit most to your purposes
Dosnt matter. Curently my goal is learning good stuff for android. But i heared andeoid gonna die and fusha gonna replace of it
No it will not happen in 5 years totally, maybe later, but it’s not 100% information )
Not any time soon.
What do you think about compose? I heared it has a few bug for now. Right?
Sory for my bad english😄
I'm not about your English, as for my experience it has a lot of bugs, but all the bugs I've ran into is setup/compile bugs. I've not seen a bug when the app is compiled and working. (except some issues in Compose for Desktop)
Great Is it true compose is something like flutter? Its much easier than past? Yeah?
Yes, it should be like flutter in future.
Actually better. In compose you can have multiple different composers with different widgets (I believe can do it on the web, but not explicitly).
It was more about ecosystem and capabilities for crossplatform UI, but bot about the api
Well, it can do IOs, yeah, 🍏
fuchsia that is, i guess
