Hi everyone, I'm using the configuration to use pg_rewind to

follow the old primary to a new standby that is promoted as the new primary. However, when I finished configuring (and ran pg_rewind), the data was copied to the time of pg_rewind, but then I tried to edit the primary side, the standby side was not changed. It shows that they are no longer synchronized with streaming. Can anyone who knows the cause help me? Thanks

The former primary isn't following the new primary automatically. To have the old primary as a follower, you need to run pg_rewind in the other direction and change the of the former primary configuration to become a follower. That's also what is documented https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/app-pgrewind.html
