How is the education system in the western culture? Am

in Africa and most of us believe that people from the west specialise in there careers at a very young age(as early as 9yrs? ) Is that true?

So how is the education system from the west, here in africa, you have to go through 8 years in primary school, then 4 years in highschool and another 4 years in college😂 then maybe masters, then maybe phd in that order. People start to specialise in courses after high school where most of the time, you go to a course depending in your score from highschool. And most people just go to course because they hear people say those courses have money. Most people end up doing courses they don't love

here in india we start to specialize in collect. and yes the year breakdown is same here
