Why doesn't the official Telegram client automatically switch between the

available proxies when one gets unavailable?

i guess it would be unpleasant for some users

For sure, for any user living in a big brother country, it is pleasant lol. btw, they can create a switch for enabling/disabling this feature, disabled by default.

And there should be a button to remove all proxies. hundreds of them were dumped in my list, not working. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of them

I am not so familiar with android and with the codebase of Telegram but yeah I may do it.
