I got you. Hang in there, life can be tough sometimes, sometimes you can be too hard on yourself, but it will pass eventually. I remember times when I was in a shit hole of my thoughts, hated myself and expressed it through self-harassing jokes. If you want any advice, find small things in life that you enjoy doing. Like fixing some shelves at home, rewiring electronics, driving, cooking, etc. and just do that from time to time. It really helps. Hope you feel better soon
