Is there a reliable way to completly disable/remove the windows-key

on linux?

My keyboard has a hardware issue so that it randomly and frequently triggers the windows key (key is dismounted, didn't change a thing). While I managed to unbind the shortcut for the app overview, it still triggers combined shortcuts a lot
