perhaps an article explaining something technical? (You can write a few blog posts for a popular website for example. To show that you're interested in sharing your knowledge)
Also any script or program that you've wrote could be useful for presenting just bare in mind that if it's irrelevant to the job don't mention it too much.
An example of small programs would be automation scripts, to show that you had a boring problem and you solved it by writing a pice of code that does the thing for you automatically.
Also its very nice to have some knowledge about data structures such as graph, tree etc.
You're most likely not going to use it but it's nice to identify a graph problem when you see one (idk about India but decent companys in Iran usually give you a graph problem to solve because it's what every CS major should know)
Yeah i have given a 3 days presentation on html, css & bootstrap to my juniors
Learning DS & algo
And as u told i will be now trying to write blogs on websites...
