Some says (thinkers) time travelling may be possible if we

travel faster than speed of light.

So according to you and my curiosity,

When universe is expanding, all things are going far away from each other at this speed that even light can't catch them , so this means they are basically going faster then light , why can't is it possible that galaxies at the extreme right/left experience time travel ?
