To be clear, the anti cheat feature is only available for UWP apps and it's not a lock on start experience. Microsoft themselves recommend enabling it only on parts of the game that requires such monitoring such as online multiplayer mode. AND "TruePlay game monitoring" can be turned off from user-side, should they choose to.
