Don't quote me on that but if I was in the military I wouldn't dare to say such a thing out loud, especially showing my face, or that'd be certain death. Idk if that's just another cultural difference but here if you defy a public institution you'll be silenced, punished and nothing will happen to the perpetrators, which leads me to believe it's false
