WHO WE ARE?

Forza FC is a young and dynamic sports marketing firm with strong roots in developing exceptional digital products. 1 month ago we've launched with one of the biggest football clubs in the world - Galatasaray, and reach 400 000 users, 10% - active paying users.

WHAT IS OUR PRODUCT?
We are working with leading clubs and organizations in the football industry to develop a digital membership platform that delivers greater value to fans whilst enabling clubs to establish new revenue streams, increase existing revenues streams (such as merchandise sales and sponsorship value), and to increase the quality of customer data they collect.

WHO ARE YOU?
Forza FC is looking for an experienced back-end developer to join our amazing team in Kyiv.

You will take over this project with support from our other back-end developers in Gothenburg.

In Kyiv we will build a small cross-functional team of 3 backend developers, 3 iOS, 3 Android, 3 Designers, project manager and business development manager working together with the Forza Football CEO as the product owner.

Forza FC, in short, is an app where football clubs can do everything they do today at Instagram and Facebook but earn money and get customer data created by the team and founder who founded Forza Football.

We will work with a data-driven product development process where we as a team will rate work effort, improvement in retention/revenue and probability in order to prioritise features.

You will have an already good product and our job is to make that product awesome and a billion dollar company where you will have shares.

Requirements
- Experience with Elixir 2+ years (ideally, you have developed Elixir applications for production)

- Experience working within a data driven organisation

- Experience working on a distributed team (or experience working remotely)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Desire and passion to change a decades-old industry

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Asks questions and challenges decision they disagree with thorough & thoughtful discourse

- Knowledge about caching strategies, message queues and service-oriented architectures.

- Experience with deployment tooling, monitoring, alerting, dashboard visualisations, load testing or live system debugging.
