I want to run that function, written in PHP It's an algorithm to find one EMI my backend is in Ruby and frontend in JS I want to calculate EMI in either of 1 language atleast

Hm. Okay. You can convert it on your own though. Anything $foo is a simply a variable, the rest is trivial mathematics. And the functions you can just google, they are except for one basically the same in any language anyways.
