Good luck enforcing system-wide / network-wide DNS policy. When will this company die already?
Automatically? Sounds implausible. System-wide? What do you mean, why do they care?
Create a few new profiles and wait a few minutes. Check network settings for each. It's not implausible, it's a fact.
Who are they? It's me who cares. I don't like my DNS queries to go through random third parties. Browsers are supposed to obey the system policy unless told otherwise. Implementing application specific resolver and enabling it without user's consent is not ethical at all.
