from problems and challenges and evaluate how much correct I am? Till now I was just doing things but I doubt now whether my way is correct or there is a more optimised way.
If your goal is to get a job, stop worrying about that and focus on build things, don't worry if those things are not perfect. Once you get the job, you can focus on improving your skills in certain area, otherwise you'll waste years learning things you probably won't use in your first job experience.
I already have a job, but want to enhance CSS skills also.
Learning CSS is hard, it depends what problems we are talking about learn a little about it's internals like reflow & repaints Otherwise it's not programming knowledge, but knowledge of how design works (with which it might help to get into understanding design), unless you want to learn some specifics or get deep into the technology
