Hi Friends, I am a junior developer having around 2 years

of experience in web and Backend development. My stack is java springboot mysql. I have learned python and django months back, got an interview for python dev position.
But, the job responsibilities look majorly involves web scraping and scripting. The firm is doing email marketing automation.Now I am confused about whether to choose this? My interest towards backend development. If I go with it, could I transition to django based backend stuff at a later point ?
Please pour in your advices and suggestions.I appreciate your valuable suggestions. Thanks in Advance and for your good time.

you do not need django for autmation. Maybe PostgreSQL/psycopg2 is a good datanase language for automation? So far as I know Django is a webframework. If you want to automate mails, try xephir as a layout.
