It will use 3000 port and just use http protocol to send packets and won’t use 443 port right ?
You can configure https to use whatever port you want
Under linux i can think this as probable, but i don't think it affects all programs.
the browser will try to check for ssl iirc
1. you need a listener which speaks tls on 3000 2. you need a valid certificate for your IP (not your hostname), or click yes on the red banner your browser presents
