so you would wonder linux boxes deployed at an enterprise level would need some kind of protectikon right? Because a machine is only going to be as secure as the person that is using it. I don't even mean "servers", just think ubuntu boxes lined up in an office for these people to work on
Btw my question will be, if we are not run random scripts with sudo does it help ?? and does this one detect probably malicious executable or python code, I am assuming antiviruses which runs on mac and windows gets daily heuristics update about probable malwares and stuff
The usual approach on linux is to prevent dangerous execution before it gets dangerous. The macro is maybe executed, but it doesn't encrypt all the files.
