there's a lot of options out of the sane languages, c++ and rust are probably the hardest there's less conventional languages like haskell and clojure which are rather hard and then there's esoteric languages like befunge. don't think about those

there are so many of them it's not possible to answer. Some of the code in such languages consists of 15 characters that look like random trash, but they all do something other languages would require 50 lines of code for
