We have a team including 10 programmers and designers from

differente countries. We want to start a new project that each of us should do smoe task and part of application.
how I can manage them? How 5 programers can code in parallel?
How I can control their permission to access to codes. If they should not have whole project, how they can test code they wronte?

In overal I`m looking for a guide or solution package to handle it. Any suggestion?
