How do you guys use pancakeswap in bsc testnet?

How do you guys use pancakeswap in bsc testnet?

Do ya'll just use ganache and call the router functions yourself? I've tried the following:

1. I've tried this popular pancakeswap fork: pancake.kiemtienonline360.com but whenever I try and add my coin or addliquidity using my coin I get a blank white screen and errors in the console.

2. I've tried forking pancakeswap myself and it's a nightmare to do correctly with the right init_hash and router/ other constants.

With all these feesOnTransfer BSC shitcoins around how are devs testing their coins on pancakeswap? I just don't understand why this is so hard to figure out
