Mate, there are most probably places where you can be part of the group. The chat description has the work "Русскоязычный", the first word there, which means "Russian-speaking". You won't just out of nowhere convince this group of people to switch language, even despite of the fact that most people are able to read and write English. By the way, this chat also has rules, and "no flooding" is one of them. You're flooding this chat with off-topic talk. So there is a great chance you'll get banned by admins sooner rather than later.
