One of the terms says, “You must maintain an account

balance equal too or greater than your account balance when you transferred the x amount.” Does this mean if i transferred usdc but the balance in my matic position goes down this will invalidate my promo code?

If you withdraw ANY crypto your balance will go down and the promo will be cancelled. You don't have to worry about price movements as they don't impact your eligibility for the bonus. The account balance is measures in the number of tokens/coins you hold.
