How can i make automatic phone call when someone come

When you serve a webpage you recieved a GET request before. You run a code that makes calls when you recieve the thing. About "the code that makes calls" that depends on how do you make those calls if you are using a service provided by some company then read docs from that company. Unlikely but if you have a GSM/Dial-up thing installed on your server then you need a php extension that works with that device somehow
