I have a phone with AOD, is there any way/ROM

that would enable me to push custom information to the AOD screen?

Currently using LineageOS which doesn't seem to support it except perhaps as some sort of permanent app notification thing(?)

well if you use something like kwgt you can do API queries, so you could probably use that
