Hello, i have an issue. Application: A Python bot (on Django)

running via webhook (nginx is up) + another bot is also launched the same way + admin panel and a statistics page.

Everything was great, but it wasn't me who wrote it, it was another guy and he didn't leave proper documentation. So when we decided to implement a broadcast feature, it was decided to do the following: we turn off the server, write a long polling bot on grammY in JS for broadcast, insert the bot token from our bot there. It sends messages to users.

Expected flow: We turn off the server, locally launched the bot on JS, sent our broadcast, turned on the server, and everything's fine, the bot works again with all the buttons, etc.

In reality: We turned off the server, launched the local bot, sent out the broadcast and turned off js bot instance. Then, I turn the server back on... the admin panel, database, nginx, and even the second bot work, but our main bot (which token we used) doesn't.

What could be the problem? If anyone has the time and opportunity, I'm willing to pay extra for consultation and fixing.
