I currently have the process frozen (this happens once every X days at most), can I somehow dump it and figure out what it got frozen on?

Did u check cpu utilisation of process while it was frozen?
Then wierd yeh , i faced same when it got stuck in loop
does it do some http requests or?
bunch of HTTP API requests and plays audio
