I want create a personal finance app (for my own

use only.) that work on pc and phone. what i want to do is that every time i connected to same network as pc, any data from phone transferred to pc that not exist in pc database. is pwa what i want? or is something else? if pwa is what i want is there any tutorial? the only thing i know about pwa is create a special js file and add some codes for that. is that all?

pdf are web apps that are installable from the web and work like native apps, they have access to some native functionality. to make a web app a pwa you just need a manifest.json file, however if you want more features like handle caching and notification, you can add those logic to a service worker file and initialise it. you can learn more about pwa here and here and you can package pwas for the app store easily over here. here's a easy youtube video that's goes over it.
