If I use the code bnb40 and and transfer 400$

of bnb and hold for 30 days I get 40$ in btc. for that I should not remove any other coin from my account for 30 days, or only bnb I should hold?

You will get $40 worth BNB not BTC. Removing any other coin may as well result in your promo code getting cancelled. So, it's best to deposit and HODL.
