Can anyone advise if I did anything wrong with my

promo codes. On the 26th August I entered two promo codes in Celsius so they read pending. ADA40 & ADA500. On the 3rd Sep, I deposited $20755. No withdrawals have ever been made from my account. Have I done anything wrong?

Ive only ever used HODL 50 which has now been fulfilled. No problems with it. Surely my two new codes should read locked.

Did you reply to the issue more than once? I'm pretty sure someone did that before and it makes it go to the bottom of the request pile as it registers as a new request
