That's a question you should ask support.
Because no one here has that answer for you. Support is who you want to ask. If they manually had to perform this then you need to ask them.
I don't understand why I should email support. It took 3 weeks last time to get an answer. I'm not asking for a specific answer regarding my case. I'm asking what should happens in general, in normal conditions.
I’d give it 24hr after “claimed” notification. I’ve seen it take a bit once before
