How come I can’t buy Cels coin on the platform

in the US? I have to use a swap, gas fees are ridiculous.

No celsius is shutting down accounts in the US because a few states think cryptos are securities which has no legal standing whatsoever , but i guess they sent a mean letter.. 🤔

Again, this is false. They have not closed anyone’s account in the US due to state regulations or orders.
