with her withdrawal addresses, but have run into some issues. We set up the addresses and it says waiting for email confirmation, but we still haven't received the email! That was a few weeks ago now.
We contacted support and they got back to us but seems like there has been mis communication from there end and we have had to explain the issue a few times over.
Has anyone else had this problem? It was the first time she was setting up her withdrawal address. Sorry for the long message.

We can't because it is locked out saying waiting email confirmation. I will try and see them again on the weekend to sort. They don't want to withdraw anything at the moment. Just want to be ready when the time may come
