Well, obviously you will be able to see if they buy on Uniswap or withdraw from a CEX to their wallet, but as I said a lot of it happens off-chain.

Have you got a link? I can only see the total interest paid in proof of community, doesn’t specify how much is cel interest

Weekly distributions are done via internal accounting, however this info can be seen on then rewards explorer each week. If you’re asking whether or not you can see the weekly buybacks each week, yes that can be tracked on etherscan if you look closely enough.
