It depends, fast for web is related to the problem but in this scenario we spend more memory and it becomes much faster. For static pages we have caches, cdns etc.etc .. Whether Go or not, but using Go you have several advantages to consider one that I like to always report is backwards compatibility and this in the long run for those who have been programming for a long time will understand what I am saying, that is, you don't have to do replaces on code as we do in Python for example, or upload lib such to the server to work the specific version of Python, a lot of stuff to upload, configure and get compatible, you know?
