any kind of languages that allows you to use frameworks to create web apps. there are two points: 1) You should be ok with language you are writing code. 2) You should pay attention on popularity, not because of hype, but because more popular language usually has more out-of-box solutions and community support. For example: JS is more suitable language for doing web that elixir, despite i can do that in second one as well Balancing between these two bulletpoints will give you the most confortable language for you. that's just my opinion.
