Hello. I can successfully log into my Celcius mobile app

but when I use the same credentials on the desktop website the credentials don’t work???
What seems to be the problem?

Both won't work simultaneously.

I can log into the app without problems but I can't log into the desktop website...when I click forgot password and reset it, it work on website

You mean that every time you try to log in to desktop you need to reset the password.

Exactly. And it also changes my password on the mobile app. So they are somehow linked

Log in credentials are same for mobile and web.

No, both should have same log in details. If you are logged into mobile then log out first and then access desktop.
