Issue sorted?.... It shouldn't heat up... But try a aluminum

heat sync.... They do draw a lot of heat..... I'm guessing, hope I'm wrong but you might have fried your board, which is not completing the grounding mechanism..... I hope u are also connecting the ground from PI to you motor shield.....

No I can't solve it. I was connect pin no. 6 to black string of power( ground ) And I can control my robot for a minute. But after I split jumpers from GPIO it going to burning. # sorry if my sentence are incorrect, I'm my native language is Persian and my English isn't expert too. And another answer, fan is work as well as head sink or head sink is better?
