Yeah. I will try that. I will need to buy a spot welder to put it back now. Also the bms is 3-wire and I have no idea what comes off the white line. Anyways!

You can always DIY spot welder. A lot of example in Youtube

You can buy 18650s with little metal strips or wires already connected, if this is a one-time thing for you

I was thinking the same. Maybe use Ni pieces and use a 3d printed shell to pressure it.

50/50 if you are sure go ahead, but be careful when opening it and u need a good duct tape to combine it together
