data trace that is feeding me 0-3.3VDC at around 2mA...
The data trace has to go under a relay and sometime the turning on/off the relay sends high voltage due to magnetic flux in the data trace, the data trace is also long around 10cm... I cannot reduce the size of that trace without increasing the length of high voltage trace (which is not a good idea)...
I have double diode at 3.3V and GND, which should reduce noise at the same time I have 10uH inductor in series, which should also reduce the noise...
Should I put a 10mF capacitor to make sure the noise is completely removed?
My ESP will not check the data for more than once every 5 seconds so I don't need to to change really fast...
Suggestions will help
Use a mosfet instead
MOSFET? How?
Changeover from relay to mosfet
No, that isn't possible, MOSFET don't work with AC voltages and 40A TRIAC are more expensive than relay.
They do. What about inverters?
no way to make the data trace go around the relay lines ?
easiest thing might be to just route the data lines away from the relay line, have some ground between them, or stitch some ground vias around the data lines to shield them bit better.
I changed the route around the relay...
Is the C1 from the relay coil connected to gnd? If so, why isn't it connected to a ground plane instead of a trace?
Because C1 is connected via flyback diode.
