You need to send via erc20 chances are you chose polygon network for cheaper fees. You’ll need to email app@celsius.network to open a retrieval request. Retrieval can take several months.

Wrong network sent is serious. It will take many months to recover..if possible to recover... you have to deposit via the correct network or else have to be prepared for total loss.
